Last week, Winner team took part in an interesting and meaningful team building activity.

The purpose of team building activities is to motivate your people to work together, to develop their strengths, and to address any weaknesses. So, any team building exercise should encourage collaboration rather than competition. Team building is also a great way for new colleagues to get to know each other and for existing colleagues to strengthen relationships. Strong relationships with co-workers and mentors motivate us to perform at peak levels and enjoy ourselves in the process. Through this activity, WINNER staff know each other well and thus the mutual trust was build. We strongly believe in the good collaboration in the future.

Xiamen Winner now has more than 160 employees, who specialized in medical device manufacturing for 20 years. The products include manual resuscitator/ambu bag, CPR pocket mask, anesthesia mask, nebulizer kit etc.
