Product Advantages:

Instructions for Use:

1. Detach the suction tube from the trainer’s slot and extend it to the desired length. Connect the open end of the tube to the suction port, then slide the green marker to set the target value.
2. Before starting the exercise, fully exhale all the air from your lungs. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and grip it firmly between your lips to prevent air from escaping during inhalation.
3. Hold the trainer vertically and inhale slowly and deeply, ensuring the flow indicator ball stays in the smiley face position. Inhale as deeply as possible, and when you can no longer inhale, hold your breath for a few seconds. Check the float height and aim to reach your target level. Repeat the exercise as per the prescribed number of times and record your progress on the user curve chart.
4. For hygiene purposes, clean the mouthpiece before and after use. When not in use, store the trainer in its packaging box.

Storage

It should be stored indoors where at normal temperature, with the relevant humidity of no more than 80%, without corrosive gases, cool, dry, well-ventilated and clean.

Notice for Transportation

When in transportation, it should avoid heavy pressure, direct sun light, rain and snow.
